    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Chris Withrow, BSW, PT, CPHQ is Anka Behavioral Health, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer and has been in leadership roles in the behavioral health field for over 27 years. He has worked in private as well as public sector positions with a track record of success in building organizations, improving quality of care and productivity throughout his career. Mr. Withrow has been at the forefront of Anka Behavioral Health, Inc's growth and diversification of services since he joined the organization in 1998.

  • Naja W. Boyd, Psy. D.
    Chief Operations Officer

    Dr. Boyd is the Chief Operating Officer for Anka Behavioral Health, Inc. She is responsible for operations management – and the improvement of the behavioral health care systems for all Anka programs and services. She is a corporate liaison with federal, state, and local representatives, to ensure that the necessary resources are available for Anka's diverse clientele.

    Dr. Boyd comes to Anka with over 20 years experience in affordable housing, having held executive positions at the San Francisco Housing Authority and the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing. She earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

     

  • James Helming, BS Accounting
    Chief Financial Officer

    With almost twenty years in corporate America's financial sector, James Helming has acquired broad-based financial skill sets and expertise necessary to support and guide Anka's extensive growth. He directs a large department of professionals capable of managing multi-million dollar projects. We are fortunate to have a Chief Financial Officer who also has extensive knowledge of and hands on experience in technology and software accounting systems. James has BA degree In business Administration and Accounting from UC Hayward.
