Under the direct supervision of the Custodial Supervisor, the incumbent will perform cleaning and maintenance of designated facilities and perform other related work.  The work will primarily be performed inside with some outside assignments.  It includes exposure to unsanitary conditions, odors, cleaning chemicals, and some noise.  It may also involve some weekend work and working alone. Incumbent will use standard operating guidelines pertaining to floor and back pack vacuums, floor buffers, carpet shampooer and steam cleaners, mops, brooms, dust pans, ladders, small hand tools, and vehicles.  The job also includes light to heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds), reaching, pushing, pulling, crawling, climbing, and prolonged periods of standing.  (Supervision received usually consists of oral and some written instructions to define work activities and problems, and to prescribe both general and detailed methods for achieving work tasks.) Satisfactory completion of high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred.   Demonstrated experience in custodial maintenance is highly desirable, but not required.  Will train.  Successful completion of Anka Enterprises' Custodial Training Program.

The Program Administrator under the supervision of the Executive Management Team, will develop, implement, and manage specialized residential services for four children with developmental disabilities, mental health and behavioral challenges.  This is an exempt position.  The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall management and administration of the residential program in compliance with law and regulation.  A minimum of twelve months of prior experience providing direct supervision and special services to persons with developmental disabilities.  Two (2) years successful experience in program administration and supervision. Master of Arts (M.A.) or Master of Science (M.S.) in a human services field with a specialization in providing support to persons with developmental disabilities preferred.  Hold a current certification as an administrator of residential facility and have the training and experience to carry out the requirements of Title 17 and 22.
