Plan and supervise activities in conjunction with the Children’s Services Coordinator. Plan and facilitate daily activities in the homework club and after-school program. Assist in planning and facilitating periodic evening and weekend social events, field trips and outings. Supervise and interact with children in a positive fashion that promotes positive self-esteem, problem solving skills, and appreciation for others and the community.Minimum 2 years experience in youth programs working with at-risk children and youth. Need H.S diploma or equivalent.

Four (4) years experience in mental health work; at least two (2) years in a community-based mental health setting; two (2) years experience in administrative supervision.  Experience in crisis residential treatment is an asset.  Bi-cultural/bi-lingual experience is an asset.  Understanding of how to participate in a network of community-based mental health services.  Experience in planning and implementing activities in a psycho social setting. Knowledge and experience in recognition of treatment modalities for adults who have mental disabilities and therapeutic milieus.  Knowledge and/or experience in Social Rehab Option and (CARF) Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation or (JCAHCO) Joint Commission of Accreditation Health Care Organization is required.LCSW or MFT or Licensed Psychologist - current qualified in California in good standing. 

Will report directly to the  Vice President of Clinical Services, work closely with the interdisciplinary leadership team, and provide direct management and oversight to multiple residential, crisis, and day programs for people with developmental disabilities statewide.  Initially, this position will work with the VP of Development in new program development for people transitioning out of developmental centers.

• Must be competent in functional analysis of problem behaviors, design of positive behavior support plans, and staff training of positive behavior support plans. Graduate degree and at least 5 years experience in programs serving people with developmental disabilities, at least 2 years management/leadership experience, track record of success in a high performance, fast-paced environment, commitment to continuous quality .

Entry level positions serving homeless families and single adults struggling with multiple issues including mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders, financial/housing barriers and meeting basic needs.  This position is open at our Multi-Service Drop-In Center.

Provide daily quality nursing care, individual counseling, medication support, educational programs, and case management services for clients.  Participate in updating treatment plans, administer medications, and monitor interactions, side effects, etc. Chart and report and significant changes in condition and general progress to Clinician, Physicians and Psychiatrists. In addition to duties as an LPT/LVN, also maintain nursing schedule, coordination of Treatment plans, daily progress notes, coordination of admissions and discharges.  Assist in developing goals and objectives, policies and procedures, forms and management information systems and monitors and audits for proper and efficient County and state program administration.  Perform general duties and tasks necessary for the daily operation of the program including health promotion, training, community access and crisis intervention.  Plans and directs utilization of nursing equipment and supplies.

MHRW Shift Lead  -  Minimum 2 years full time experience working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities with Axis I disorders. Must have 2 years of college or additional experience in lieu of educationand have the ability to supervise staff.  A HS diploma or Equivalent required.  BA in psychology or related preferred. Bi-lingual an asset. Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel required. A Valid California Driver’s License in good standing is required with proof of auto insurance , a FBI/DOJ clearance required. Hours: Mon thru Fri 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Deadline to apply 8/27/10.

MHRW Shift Lead - the ability to assist adult clients in meeting their expressed goals. The MHRW – Shift Lead provides support and advocacy for and assists clients in accessing and/or receiving mental health treatment, medical care, transportation, housing, food and clothing and assisting with vocational support as needed. MHRW Shift Lead counsels clients in individual and group sessions to assist clients in developing social skills, personal hygiene, dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues. May have to transport clients to appointments. MHRW Shift Leads are expected to supervise and train other line staff and perform other administrative duties. Shift leads may also be asked to be in charge of facility in administrator’s absence.

Must have knowledge and at least one year experience of Paychex Payroll System and MS Excel, a must.   Duties involve but not limited to payroll data entry twice a month for about 700 employees.   We are looking for a person with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline oriented environment, attention to detail and a strong work ethic and ability to maintain good working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.   Must have Paychex experience to submit resume.

Under the supervision of the Regional Director, assist in the development, implementation and management of all staff, clients in HUD permanent supportive housing programs and administration of HUD programs.  The program provides access to all mainstream services to clients in need of supportive services in order to stabilize  housing while developing self suffiency. Will manage and track multiple start up projects for behavioral health programs acquired or developed by Anka, oversee assigned rehabilitation projects for existing programs, and assist in closing programs; prepare licensing packets for new programs, work with Finance Department in the management of contract payments, and assist with the procurement of items for start-up budgets/programs.  The Project Manager will have a solid understanding of project management lifecycle, tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor projects, and the flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced and integrated solutions to challenging corporate or program problems. Bachelors degree and at least 5 years experience in related field.  Experience working with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Property Management Departments required.  .

Under the supervision of the Real Estate Manager, the Property Services Assistant is responsible for monitoring/maintaining rental activities including yet not limited to timely collection of rents, collection documentation, property maintenance required/performed, required reporting of rental activity, property inspections and real estate data base management and other duties as assigned.1-2 years experience in property management. High school diploma/ AA are required. Must possess proficient knowledge and experience of computer systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or other spreadsheet software.
